This study concerns a comprehensively review of women’s entrepreneurship in the thriving fashion and apparel industry through a library-based method. Based on going over the associated texts, scientific articles, and relevant statistics, efforts have been made to identify and analyze the opportunities, challenges, and solutions available in this field. The findings of the research specify that women’s entrepreneurship in the fashion and apparel industry, despite numerous potentials, faces multiple challenges such as financial constraints, limited access to resources, intense competition, rapid changes in fashion, and insufficient support from governmental and private institutions. On the other hand, opportunities such as the growth of the online market, increasing demand for customized products, and a growing focus on sustainable fashion have created a favorable environment for the success of female entrepreneurs. Accordingly, solutions such as creating support networks, easier access to financial resources, specialized training, support for domestic production, and brand development have been proposed to address the challenges and strengthen women’s entrepreneurship in the fashion and apparel industry.

The relationship between art and entrepreneurship, as two seemingly different fields, has become an attractive topic for researchers in recent years. On the one hand, art is recognized as a rich source of creativity, innovation and critical thinking. On the other hand, entrepreneurship is considered as the driving engine of economic growth and creating new job opportunities. This research has been done with the aim of investigating the interaction between art and entrepreneurship and identifying the opportunities and challenges in this field. In this research, a combined method including literature study, interviews with artistic entrepreneurs and case analysis have been used. The literature related to art, entrepreneurship and creative economy has been carefully reviewed and compared with the findings from interviews and case studies. The findings of this research show that art can play an important role in the development of entrepreneurship. By using their creativity and artistic skills, artists are able to create innovative products and services that meet the needs of the market. Also, art can be used as a powerful tool for branding and marketing products and services. On the other hand, entrepreneurship can also help artists to turn their ideas into reality and earn money through the sale of works of art. The relationship between art and entrepreneurship has a high potential for creating added value and economic development. By supporting entrepreneurial artists and creating suitable infrastructure, we can help the growth of the creative economy and create employment in this field. This research shows that art and entrepreneurship are not only two separate fields, but can act as complements to each other and help the sustainable development of societies.

Globalization has pushed the limits of success for women entrepreneurs. They are known as symbols of entrepreneurship not only at the national level but also at the world level. Today, women play a role as the main pillar of families and countries’ economy. This double responsibility requires them to maintain a delicate balance between family and professional commitments. Despite the many challenges, women entrepreneurs seek to realize their dreams with perseverance and creativity. By creating start-ups, they transform not only their personal lives, but also the lives and careers of others. Women entrepreneurs, who have been involved in household responsibilities and unpaid work for years, are now looking for economic independence. However, women’s entry into the male world of entrepreneurship faces serious obstacles, such as the hesitation of male investors and the cautious attitude of financial institutions. Gender is the biggest barrier to the success of women entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship and rights are two fundamental pillars of the development and progress of societies, which are deeply related to each other. Entrepreneurship seeks to realize welfare and social justice by creating value and innovation. On the other hand, the goal of law is to ensure justice and public welfare. These two fields have many points in common, with an emphasis on creativity, innovation and critical thinking. This article examines the interaction between entrepreneurship and law. Considering that entrepreneurship is not only limited to creating new businesses, but also includes innovation in different legal fields, this connection is of particular importance. We are looking for answers to the question of how law can benefit from entrepreneurship to realize its lofty goals. To answer this question, we will examine practical examples of the interaction of these two fields in national and international laws. The results of this research show that in order to adapt the laws to the growing needs of society and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, lawyers should look at legal issues with an innovative and creative approach. Especially in the field of foreign investment, the need for flexible and innovation-based laws is felt more than ever.”

Abstract

The use of medicinal plants has been increasing in recent years, especially in traditional and complementary medicine worldwide. Many of these medicinal plants are consumed without sufficient scientific backing, which can have consequences for people’s health and impose significant healthcare costs on the system. Among these, Lavandula angustifolia is one of the most common herbal medicines due to its widespread use in traditional medicine. The use of Lavandula angustifolia has been well demonstrated in various studies for some conditions such as anxiety disorders and sleep disorders. However, evidence for its effectiveness in treating other diseases is contradictory or limited. This study examines the importance of the active ingredient of Lavandula angustifolia and the processing and post-harvest methods in the food and pharmaceutical industries based on existing research.
