Abstract
This research has investigated entrepreneurship in rural tourism. Infrastructures for rural businesses have been evaluated by library research method. The results show that access to communication, especially the Internet, is the most important factor affecting the success of businesses in rural areas. In contrast, environmental awareness is not among the priorities of rural entrepreneurs. By providing an accurate evaluation model, this research will help policymakers to make infrastructure investments in a targeted way that will have the greatest impact on the economic growth of rural areas. Also, this study shows that the weight of the importance of each infrastructure is different for different types of businesses and therefore, development policies should be formulated according to the characteristics of each region and type of economic activity.

This framework can be used as a useful tool for researchers and policy makers to develop policies to support sustainable entrepreneurship.
Abstract
This research aimed to prepare a comprehensive report on expected and unexpected observations of teachers’ performance. The primary goal was to enhance the understanding of teaching practices and identify areas for innovation. The target goal of the study is to integrate the teaching practices to entrepreneurial thinking. A grounded theory was conducted on Iranian EFL teachers, involving classes observed by peer reviewers. These observations were documented in reports, and the classes were also videotaped for further analysis during debriefing sessions. The analysis revealed five main categories in teachers’ performance that can lead to the creation of a learning environment which nurtures entrepreneurial thinking: (a) Innovation and adaptability, (b) self-assessment and growth, (c) confidence building, (d) peer learning and collaboration, and (e) practical applications. The findings suggest that shifting from supervisors’ unexpected observations to peers’ expected observations can improve the quality of teaching practices. Such improvements can boost entrepreneurial mindsets. This approach can benefit both students and teachers by fostering a more supportive and innovative educational environment.

The findings of this paper indicate that entrepreneurship and environmental protection are not only compatible but can work synergistically to achieve a more sustainable and purposeful future.
Abstract
Most entrepreneurship studies have an urban focus and are mainly studied from the perspective of exploiting opportunities. Rural entrepreneurship presents different characteristics and needs to be analyzed from a resource-based perspective, because this type of entrepreneurial behavior occurs in rural communities under resource constraints. The perspective of sustainable livelihoods shows the relevant framework in rural entrepreneurship considering the resources and capacities to face poverty in rural areas. Therefore, this study provides a literature review to identify current and emerging issues in rural entrepreneurship from a sustainable livelihood framework. Literature review shows that the main concepts involved in rural entrepreneurship and women’s sustainable livelihood are poverty alleviation, youth, social entrepreneurship and institutions. Likewise, social capital and human capital are analyzed as the most relevant capitals in the documents. This study offers research opportunities in emerging topics related to social entrepreneurship, governance and institutions, livelihood development and environmental entrepreneurship to expand the boundaries of rural entrepreneurship from a sustainable livelihood framework.
