Abstract

This study aims to deeply and comprehensively examine the synergy between entrepreneurship and civil engineering, using a library research method, to analyze the opportunities, challenges, and innovative business models in the field of entrepreneurial civil engineering. Focusing on reliable scientific sources, specialized books, and relevant research articles, this study evaluates the key role of innovation, creativity, and strategic business management in the development of civil engineering knowledge-based ecosystems. The results of this research show that entrepreneurial construction not only contributes to sustainable development and creating added economic value, but also effectively responds to the changing and complex needs of contemporary society. In this regard, successful business models in the field of civil engineering, including innovative design studios, civil engineering technology companies, and online civil engineering service platforms, are identified and analyzed. In addition, the present study examines the challenges faced by entrepreneurial architects, including legal, financial, and cultural barriers, and provides practical solutions to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the civil engineering industry, including developing support networks, providing specialized training, and promoting a culture of innovation. This research finally emphasizes that the integration of entrepreneurship and civil engineering can lead to the transformation of the construction industry and urban development, improving the quality of life, and creating new job opportunities.
