Abstract

As one of the biggest and most complex industries in the world, the construction industry is always facing many challenges and opportunities. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship as the main driving force can play a significant role in the development and improvement of this industry. The purpose of this library study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship and construction in the construction industry and to identify the opportunities and challenges in this field. In this study, key concepts such as entrepreneurship, construction, and the construction industry are examined using reliable library sources, including books, scientific articles, and specialized reports. Also, the role of entrepreneurs in the development of the construction industry, including the creation of start-up companies, the provision of new services, and the improvement of construction processes, is discussed. In this study, challenges in the construction industry, including environmental issues, shortage of skilled labor, and economic fluctuations are also discussed. Also, solutions to overcome these challenges and take advantage of existing opportunities are presented, including the development of new technologies, investment attraction, and training of specialized workforce. Finally, this study concludes that entrepreneurship can play an important role in the sustainable development of the construction industry. By encouraging entrepreneurs to create start-ups and provide innovative services, we can help improve the quality of construction, reduce costs, and increase productivity in this industry.
